A Space to Begin

Exploring what matters, gently and honestly

I’m Dean, an integrative counsellor offering online therapy for adults. Together, we will gently explore how your past experiences shape your present, helping you move towards a way of living that feels more true to you.

Therapy is not about being fixed. It is about being understood. And often, that is where real change begins.

Clients often describe our sessions as calm, grounded, and real. I bring warmth, curiosity, and gentle honesty into the room. Sometimes therapy feels messy. Sometimes it feels quiet. Sometimes there is laughter. All of it is welcome.

I work with people who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply curious about themselves and their patterns. You do not need to have the right words. You only need a willingness to begin.

Our work may include:

  • Anxiety and ongoing stress
  • Low mood or depression
  • Grief, loss, and life-changing events
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Confidence and self-esteem
  • Men’s mental health and emotional wellbeing
